Registration Information

All new clients are required to complete a New Client Registration Form. The purpose of this form is to gather as much relevant clinical data about you so that we can assess your suitability for treatments. It is also used to help the clinic identify your goals and objectives.  

We collect personal data, such as your name, address, contact numbers and email addresses. This information is used to keep you up to date with new services and developments.  

Medical Confidentiality

We operate a strict code of Medical Confidentiality which is your guarantee that we will not pass your data on to any third party.

Change of Address

Please notify the clinic of any changes to your contact details

Appointments

Appointments can be made in person at reception or by telephone on 07 5509 0081.

We aim to keep to time as far as possible. Please arrive at the clinic five to ten minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for parking and checking in. If you are late, we may not be able to provide the full treatment that you are booked for because our treatments cannot be rushed. You will still be charged for the full appointment. 

Cancellation Policy

Please note our cancellation policies:

  • - Consultations, beauty therapy, and reviews - 24 hour notice.
  • - All Fraxel®, Thermage®, and spider vein treatment appointments - 48 hours notice
  • - IPL or Laser appointments for large areas (appointments of over 1.5 hours in length) - 48 hours notice
  • - Surgical procedures - please see your quote.

Cancellations without the required notice will be charged at 50% of the treatment fee. Consultations will be charged at $38.00

SMS Appointment Reminders

We will SMS you a reminder about your appointment the day prior, or in the case of appointments with Dr Rosenbaum, two days prior. Please confirm your appointment.

Client Care Coordinators

Our client care coordinators have a good knowledge of the treatments and procedures that we offer. Their role is to be able to guide you to see the right member of staff for your specific concerns and they need you to tell them the type of problem you would like to see a member of staff about. However, they are not clinically trained and cannot give you formal advice.

We have a policy of being honest about our offers. Often our offers are for staff training purposes, or may just be in historically quiet periods.

Postal Newsletters

The clinic  produces a quarterly newsletter which we post to the address you are registered at. If you prefer not to receive this please let the receptionist know.
