Diana Joyner EN (meds) - Paramedical Aesthetician

Diana, our Paramedical Aesthetician, is a member of the APAA (Australia) and a member of the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals (SPCP) (USA). She has worked in the aesthetic industry since 1989 and has trained extensively in America & Australia. Diana works full time with Australian Skin Clinics. She is professionally trained in Skin consultations, Microdermabrasion, Laser Hair Removal, Makeup application, light Facial Peels and Body Piercing. However, it is her beautiful natural cosmetic tattooing that has placed her at the top of the industry and her clients come from all over Australia to take advantage of her expertise.

Diana's passion for the cosmetic medical industry has encouraged her to undertake part time studies, to obtain her diploma as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (EN). She has also completed a full year internship with world-class trainer and permanent cosmetic practitioner Val Glover-Hoven. She has earned the Achievement of Excellence Award for her professional work. Because Diana is an EN, she is able to administer local and topical anaesthetic for the comfort of her clients - not all practitioners can do this. Melissa Hill (Melly) - Paramedical Aestetician

Melly is an internationally trained dermal therapist and has featured in Woman magazine UK as therapist to the elite. Specialising in paramedical skin care, beauty therapy and client satisfaction means Melly is the ideal person to trust your skin care to.

Australian born Melly has an extensive CV. As testament to her talent for the intricacies of understanding and utilising the most advanced methods she was employed by the renowned Perth based Keturah Day Spa while she was still a student.

While at Keturah she mastered micro-dermabrasion, medical glycolic facial peels, IPL hair removal treatments amongst many other spa and beauty proficiencies. Continually aiming higher and striving for more knowledge and skills Melissa was drawn to paramedical therapy techniques and was employed by the exclusive Skyn Clinic in Claremont. At Skyn she performed endermologie, oxygen facial infusions, acne and photo rejuvenation, Medi-lift non-surgical face lift and skin blading treatments.

Melly's extensive experience earned ger a position at the C2 Clinic -  the flagship for CACI International, in Hamstead, London where she further advanced her specialist knowledge utilising Futur-Tec machine operated facials, Intense pulse light for skin pigmentation and rejuvenations, CACI non surgical face lifts and many of the latest and most sophisticated techniques available today.

Nicole - Paramedical Aesthetician

 Nicole joined the clinic mid 2009 and is currently working 4 days a week. Nicole has previously worked with both Tara Lee and with Melly so she quickly settled into the team. Cicole is a skilled IPL operator carrying out hair removal, pigentation and rejuvenation treatments, as well as micro dermabrasion, acne consults and general consultations.

Brooke Grady- Beauty Therapist

Brooke has been with Australian Skin Clinics since she graduated from the Gold Coast Training Academy in 2008. Brooke holds the record for the fastest interview at the clinic and Deb was so impressed with her knowledge resourcefullness that she took her on immediately. Brooke has now completed her in-house training and already has a loyal client following.

Brook works full time and is available for all waxing, facials, microdermabrasion, lash grafts, lash tints, eyebrow shaping. Brooke is also trained in Eporex no-needle mesotherapy and massage including post surgery lymphatic drainage massage.

Simone Johnson - Make Up Artist

Simone has over 20 years experience as a Make Up Artist. First working with conventional make up in department stores, then training in advanced make up artistry. She then travelled to the UK, where she worked as a Freelance Make Up artist in the photographic and television industry. It was in the UK she was introduced to the benefits of mineral make up.

Her passion ensued for Mineral Makeup in the UK and Australia where she worked as a make-up artist and trainer. She hasn't used anything since, personally or professionally. Gail Grose - Technician

Many of you will recognise Gail - Dr Grose's wife. Gail still works in the clinic and specialises in Thermage but is also able to carry out pre and post op appointments, microdermabrasion and some beauty treatments. We find that many matur clients appreciate the fact that Gail is on their wavelength.. Gail is also able to advise generally on most treatments (having experienced most of them herself).

Tara Lee Cox

- Cosmetic Rejuvenation Consultant

Tara Lee joins the team as a Cosmetic Rejuvenation Consultant.She brings a diverse skill set spanning from cosmetic medical management, marketing, facial rejuvenation consultant to paramedical technician. Tara Lee has recently moved back to the Gold Coast from the Sunshine Coast where she was Business Development Manager and Facial Rejuvenation Consultant at a busy Cosmetic, Medical Practice. She has many years of training and experience that has lead her to the Australian Skin Clinics where she will assist in any many different capacities. Tara Lee says "I understand the need for open and confidential communication between clients and technicians, thus creating realist and optimum results, producing not only amazing physical achievements but most importantly, boosting self image.
