Competition Information

Information on prizes and how to enter form part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.

• The winner will be required to redeem the prize in the time frame specified by Australian Skin Clinics, be available on the 28 January 2012 for a 'before' photoshoot and on 10 March 2012 for an 'after' photoshoot, or the prize will be forfeited by the winner.
• The non-surgical treatments received by the winner will be chosen in consultation with the winner by an Australian Skin Clinics Nurse or Doctor as the treatments considered most beneficial to the appearance of the individual winner's face.
• Entry is open to all residents of Australia who are 18 years or older ("Eligible Entrants") except for directors, employees and immediate families of the Promoters, associated companies and agencies.
• The competition commences on November 2, 2011 and entries close on November 11, 2011 at 5pm.
• The winner will be chosen by Australian Skin Clinics.
• The winner will be notified by email or phone within 48 hours.
• The winner must consent to the taking of and use of photographs for promotional use by Australian Skin Clinics. By accepting the Prize, the Winner agrees to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Prize, including but not limited to being photographed and the Winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
• The prize does not apply to surgical procedures or doctor-only medical procedures. The prize is for non-surgical treatments only.
• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, and may not be combined with any other voucher or offer.
• Australian Skin Clinics reserve the right to request verification of age, identity and residential address of the winner. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoters, whose decision is final.
• Treatment appointments made by the winner to redeem the prize are subject to availability.
