Before our staff are able to treat clients they undergo vigorous training in laser safety and have to complete a specified amount of training hours before they can work unsupervised.
In Queensland, laser operators require a laser license and at Australian Skin Clinics, our staff work under the watchful guidance of our medical director Dr Simon Rosenbaum.
When planning your laser hair removal, you should ask the practitioner whether or not their equipment has TGA approval
Permanent Hair Removal?
No Laser Clinic can claim to achieve 100% permanent hair removal and maintenance treatments may be required from time to time (perhaps one every 6 months) as some hair will always return, generally though, this is much finer than the original hair.
However, using our specialist, we do achieve exceptionally good results. Typically, with our equipment, clients need an average of only 6-8 treatments to obtain good and lasting hair removal - compared with an average of 10-12 treatments on less effective equipment.
