The advanced Trampoline Neck Lift technique (also known as the iGuide technique) is designed to give you a firmer, lifted neckline, with few incisions, little to no scarring and shorter recovery time than traditional methods. The iGuide guide a continuous polyester thread (no barbs) beneath the jawline to lift a sagging neck or jowls. This procedure can also be combined with ultrasonic liposuction to the chin.
How does the procedure work?
The Trampoline lift system uses several unique surgical tools which allow the surgeon to uplift and define soft tissue areas by weaving a suture trampoline underneath the jaw line. This is created through a series of needle punctures joined by one thread, instead of cutting and repositioning muscles and tissue that can cause damage to the nerves and blood vessels of the neck and face. Using the innovative iGuide tools, the system creates a trampoline-like interlacing that provides support, elevating the skin, muscle and soft tissue as one.
