Good Looking Legs?
A good looking set of legs is an asset to anyone. Obtaining a pair of amazing legs takes work, but is well worth it. Length, shape, texture and tone can vary considerably from person to person.
Many people start leg exercises with the idea that they can target their problem fatty areas. Sadly, for some, no amount of leg exercises will remove fatty deposits. Exercise will however improve skin and muscle tone. Where it cannot fix pockets of fat in the legs and thighs, ultrasonic liposuction might be the only answer.
Cellulite is a tricky problem and is technically categorised into eight forms. It is one of the hardest problems to treat and for many people it can be a lifelong battle. It is widely recognised that poor circulation exists hand in hand with cellulite so regular exercise and lymphatic drainage massage can help. It is also believed that toxins contribute to the formation of cellulite and that by cutting back on coffee, additives and preservatives the condition will improve.
While we cannot completely remove cellulite we can undoubtedly improve its appearance.

Telangiectasia or spider veins are fine capillaries that can be visible through the skin. They can develop after an injury to the leg but may also be inherited. Often found on the outside of the thighs, they can also occur anywhere on the legs. They tend to be reddish to purple in colour and often become more prominent with prolonged standing or exercise. These veins do not usually cause any pain but can be associated with localised aching or burning sensations in the area.
Lasers can be used to treat varicose veins, but have variable effectiveness in treating capillaries on the legs.
