Viora Re-fit® Skin Tightening
Re-Fit Skin Tightening is one of our most exciting, affordable treatments for the 35+ age group. Used to stimulate the production of new collagen, tighten skin, improve texture and elasticity which makes a different to how you look and feel.
This technology uses multiple radio frequencies that target a range if tissue depths between the superficial layers of the skin and the hypodermis. This creates a stronger, more evenly distributed thermal response through all skin layers. Our new innovative technology also allows easier penetration of the radio frequency energy.
The skin tightening results can be achieved on the face, neck and jaw line, under the eyes and on the body.
Because there is no surgery involved with our skin tightening treatments, you will experience virtually no downtime and should return to normal activities immediately after the procedure.

Thermage NXT®
Thermage NXT is one of our most exciting treatments for the 40+ age group. Thermage Nxt Skin Tightening system is able to generate new collagen, improve texture and make a difference to how you look and feel.
It is a once only treatment, but many of our clients are so thrilled with the results they see it as a maintenance treatment to be repeated between one and five years after the first treatment.
In 2007 we tried the old Thermage machine – it hurt a lot, the result was poor and we did not believe it would give clients the results that we would want to provide. The launch of the Thermage NXT changed all that. in our two week trial, we treated 22 clients, and many areas of the body. Every single client got a result, and the best part is that the immediate result is only 20% of the finished result with the new collagen and visible signs of skin tightening taking between 3 and 6 months to fully develop. Some of the client in the trials came back and paid for a second area to be treated, as they were so thrilled with the first!

Pre Treatment
We recommend 2 paracetamol half an hour before treatment. If you feel that you need stronger pain relief than this, please discuss this at your initial consultation. The Thermage tip applies firstly a cooling spray followed by heating pulses, followed again by cooling. This cold-hot-cold sequence minimises pain.
Post Treatment
No. There is no special care needed after treatment and most patients return to their regular activities immediately after. Redness and/or minor swelling may occur, but it should disappear quickly and can be covered with mineral make-up. Our experienced staff can apply mineral makeup for you before you leave the clinic.
